Effects of Furosemide, Myambutol for Hemosiderin Production of Reticulo-Endotholial System Followed by Alloxan diabetic rats

Abstract
|

1. When furosemide (10mg/kg) and Myambutol (100mg/kg) injected into peritoneal Cavity of rats for 60 days, there are hemolytic anemia (reduce RㆍBㆍC 90~200 millions/ ㎣ 2. There are less effects in Alloxan treated rate at hyperglycemia (135~141 mg%) fro Hemosiderin production. 3. Phagocytosis of hemoglobin granules derived from RㆍBㆍC by hemolysis is mainly spleen in R-E System.
